There's a comment which can be added to a cell in Excel... so it would be the usual 'record-a-macro-and-fit-it-into-VFP' game, meaning all the things for addressing a single cell using automation etc etc. You may also try to stuff the contents of a memo directly into a cell, but then you also have to do some automation. I'm not sure about direct Copy To or using intermediate text files - if you use the import wizard in Excel, it will give you technicolor sh* every time it encounters a carriage return within such a memo. Maybe importing via a fox2x file could do as well.
