I migrated a large VFP app to Oracle, using the upsizing wizard. No real problems, but is mostly due to research before starting. I agree with Mark, LONG converts memo nicely. The only hold up was changing my VFP stored procedures to PL/SQL (the app was ready for deployment when I was told to redo it in Oracle)With the greater power and flexabilty of Oracle, you can greatly increase performance and code efficency, esp with triggers.
