Thanks. I will take breaks ... longer breaks. Instead of coding related books, however, I will go out and purchase Tom Clancy books ... and start reading for fun again.

>Maybe you could try this. Take breaks on a regular base. If you think that you can't afford to really take breaks then take time to read a book about improving your OOP development or read about design patterns or anything that is of interest to you and be sure to find a quiet place to read about those subjects. At least this will get your mind off of all the programming and typing that you do.
