Yes, part joke ... <g> Pressure from wife and others plays into this, however, since I'm the boss (sure glad wife is not interested in UT ... lol) I think from within myself. Like you pointed out.

All of this I'm doing has been a goal for a long time, only thing is ... it seemed to happen all at once. I had an opportunity to start a restaurant also, another one of my goals, but I've put it off - just knew we couldn't take anymore. And most people think I'm making but bucks doing all this ... believe me ... I'm not ... at least not yet - looking better and better by the month though.

Of course, there is a reason and a goal for me doing all this ... and more in the future. But I will not get into that part since this is a VFP forum.

My wife and I just decided that we will take up golfing this year. I went once and I can't tell you how great if feels to be at a golf course .

I feel so much better now, thanks,

Mal

>You were probably both joking and telling the truth in the comment about your wife. Does she pressure you? Do you feel pressured to keep up with her or to be what she wants?
>
>Also it may be that you think she is pressuring you but really you are pressuring yourself and attributing it to her.
>
>If you are at the point where you are ready for a break and she is ready to go full steam ahead you may be sort of mis-matched at this point.
>
>Also, "why" are you doing all of this? Do you honestly need to make ends meet or are you trying to keep up with some unreal standard of living? Would doing without some gravy make you able to change your pace?
>
>My husband and I go round and round these issues all the time. I get burned out easily but know my limits pretty well. He doesn't know his limits and thinks he can work 24x7 and then wonders why things fall apart.
>
>Do you have certian things you do to let out your frustrations regularly and re-charge your emotional tank?

>>No. No "Superman" act here. However, my wife IS "Superwoman" <s>. She does a lot more than I do. I mainly do sales, planning, setups, and obtaining capital for the businesses and of course the computer side of things. I am so backlogged that "Superwoman" is threatening to fly me over Diamonad Head and just drop me.
