David, Andrew and Gregg thanks for responding. I will wait for a few more responses to see if we have enough people, but what we have done in the past with study group is:

- meet 2-3 times per week for 1 hour, usually in the evening in the chat room
- follow the microsoft outline for the exam
- review demo tests of the exam
- have a fixed start and end date (usually 1 month)
- create notes in wikis.com for future studiers

Does anyone have any thoughts on this or other ideas?
