I have looked at the many excellent threads on using Crystal Reports with VFP6. Most people suggest using Fox2x tables. And I like this because I do not want to install ODBC when the users install my application. Or at least I think I do not want to install ODBC. But one question I have is, what is the process for creating the Fox2x table. Do you:
1. Select from VFP6 table into a cursor, changing the long names to short names.
2. Copy the cursor to a Fox2x table.
3. Run CR report.
