Mal,
I burn out just trying to stay on top of all the knowledge I don't have and struggle to acquire! There is so much to learn and so much to do, I can't balance it all. Becuase of all this stress, I've enrolled in a Martial Arts program three times a week. No matter how much work I have, I always leave the office in time to make my 8:00 pm class. The release is amazing, and I enjoy the comraderie with my fellow Martial Artists.
