I use a simple free program at home. It is called TaskZip. Got it from
www.zdnet.com/swlib if you do a search in download under backup you will find lots of stuff. taskzip is free. It is really simple. It is always on in the system tray. I have My Documents scheduled on monday 1:00 am to zip and write to another drive. I have My Photos scheduled on tuesday 1:00 am to zip and write to another drive. etc. It uses winzip ... may use other zip programs as well ... you just set the day, time, files to add, and where to archive. it is free and simple.
