I have two ATS Web application problems that I would
appreciate some pointers on how to resolve:

1) All reports seem to run (judging by my server's
disk activity when reports run), but produce no output.
Through my limited ability to debug this application
I have found that the issues seems to occur within
"vbsRunScript rsScript,cReport" or its domain of
sub calls.

The reports did run when I installed ATS, but
once we started keying in some issues they stopped.
I can run reports on the default ATS issues database
so clearly it is a data related issue. I have
reindexed all the tables, verified that database and
browsed the various tables in a attempt to ensure that
the integrity of the data is correct.

2) Various operations within the admin users and issues
options area do not delete, add or modify correctly.
For example, if I want to change the severity list from
1, 2, 3 & 4 to add 5. I go through the procedure and
end up with a variety of results such as the same
number of records, sometimes with nothing changed,
sometimes with one random record updated with 5
rather than added, or even all the records getting
blanked. The same result occurs when adding users. The
first two added users worked fine, but any thing over
3 user records behaves unpredictably.

This issue seems to occur in the default ATS database.
My debugging thus far has been to verify that the
binary ID key numbers for each issue option are
correctly sequenced and that the counter in ftpk
is set correctly to the next available ID.

Environment Info

Server: NT4 SP5 Workstation
IIS

Client: 95/98/NT

Thanks,
Brent
