I go to the filter step of the wizard and pick vendor address 3 for the field and contains for the operator. I want to put "MT" into the value because I want any record where vendor address 3 contains "MT". The value command button only gives me a pick list of valid values. The same thing would be true if I choose 'Begins with' for the operator.
