Dennis....
....2.6
........It doesen't look like I have a read valid. Where would I put it and
what might the code look like??
I was just asking as I was very active up to version 2.5 and then skipped out for a few years.
In 2.0 the read valid was fox's way of simulating event driven programming. It was kind of a junior read events (current Fox versions).
My experience using screen sets all revolved around the read valid construct so I wanted to know that from you before I gave any potential answer and got cloberred by the UT answer police. :)
I will look at some of my old code and see if I can find an answer for you. In the mean time I am sure that some of the outstanding talent that makes up the UT will have an answer for you!
......Also does a DEACTIVATE WINDOW do a CLEAR READ??
I don't think so... again, I will check it out.
I'll get back with you asap.
