I need to "automatically" select a windows printer in a FPW 2.6 application, to print bar code labels during receipt entry. I have used the MS KB articles on "HOWTO: Change the default windows printer from foxpro" which uses the LISTPRINT, GETPRINT and PUTPRINT routines. It works, mostly, but about once per week, the workstation loses all printer drivers completely!

I have been working with the WNetAddConnection and WNetCancelConnection API functions today with no success.

Can anyone suggest a workable, reliable method to temporarily select a windows printer from FPW 2.6? One that leaves the default printer alone?
