Vera,
once again: VFP behaves somewhat strange with the multi-language support that W95 can give you (NT is a little different story but with the same result).
VFP itself can not deal with font-families (Arial Greek, Arial Baltic, Arial Cyrillic, etc) but it can use the VB RTF control. The example in VFP shows you how to do it.
However, if you you want to start displaying RTF data in other types of controls (checkboxes, radiobuttons, etc) and I think VFP will not give you the answer. (You could, however, use the RTF-control to display the text for some controls).
I work for a multi-national chemical company and the primary language of all applications is English. This means that the interface is English but the applications support many languages when printing. This can be achieved with the print-engine I suggested before.
The biggest question: do you really need an application that must be able to show data in all languages. If so, the RTF-control can take you a long way but not all the way. I'm not sure if any commercially available controls are there that will give you what you want. What you may consider is if you can use the VB controls in VFP (I'm not sure if it will work....)
All in all: VFP can take you places but it has some short comings. Make sure you know the restrictions of you apps before building anything. Multi-language works...to a certain degree.
Regards,
Ron Brahma
