Walter,
I've already contacted Seagate, but they are not as quick in responding <g>
I was specifically referring to Crystal Reports 7 which they say in the KB article you referenced:
Seagate Crystal Reports
====================
· 7.0.x.x and below -->Will not be tested.
I hope you are right that they do fix Crystal Reports 7, because the company I am working with just got 7 a few months ago. Now they want to upgrade to Windows 2000, but they are having issues. Anyway, when I get a response from Seagate, I post it back here for anyone interested.
Thanks.
MIke A.

>>Thanks! I missed that KB article. I guess I was checking for NT2000 not Windows 2000. Unfortunately, it does not look like they are going to do anything about version 7 problems. Another forced upgrade.

>I don't think so. They suggested that known windows 2000 problems will be solved in version 7 MR 2.

>I strongly suggest to contact seagate to address your problem. If you're lucky they will fix this in MR 2.
