In the 18 months scince we went to a full Oracle house, the only thing that has worked fine has been the actual database engine. Not one of the assorted tools to work with Oracle has worked properly, until today.
After a couple of hours on the phone to Oracle tech support (very high level support, I've worn out three lower level techies), and a month of effort, we finally got Oracle developer server to work!
I was starting to think I would need to rewrite my program in java, but it now flawlessy runs my Developer forms over the web.

A note to anyone trying to setup Oracle add on products: Throw away the installation directions. Following them was what caused the problem!
