Thanks for your quick reply. I now understand. Oh geez. Stretch with Overflow won't solve the problem. Just a *lot* of fields & information to display per key. Another question - is there a way I can create two forms and have it printed together?

The problem is the printer prints out cover sheet for *each* report. How can I save each report, append them as they go, and then send it off to the printer?
