You cannot load one form out the set, but you can hide all but one of the forms. I wonder if the work involved wouldn't be much more than the benefit you would get.

For one, by doing this you are potentially combining forms that have nothing to do with each other into a fomrset, which is outside the design ideas of a fomrset (this is supposed to be a set of related forms that work together). When you build your application you get one file for distribution, so reduicing the number of files in the development system is counterproductive. It will only serve to complicate your life during development.
