In FoxPro 2.6 I could not get the edit controls (CUT/PASTE) to work unless
I had a menu defined with those controls on it. Could be that same affect may be
in VFP, as the menus have not changed much. The top level form may have to have
a menu (of edit controls) attached to it or instantiated with it in order to get Cut/Paste to
work.
