Does Visual Maxframe still exist?

Their website can't be reached anymore. On the Metamor web, they've changed their name and there's no mention of Visual Maxframe.

Also, Visual Maxframe isn't listed on the Hallogram product list that you can access from the main UT page.

Does anyone have a new web address for Visual Maxframe?
