Hi Doru,

Under DOS, the scrolling you mention sometimes happens as a result of a "critical" error at the OS level. The OS writes a message (or tries to) at the bottom of the screen.

As Wayne mentions, it could be an issue with the network connection e.g. NETX shell message, or something else like unable to read a cluster on the local HD, etc. Sounds like a thorough hardware check is in order.

You should also ensure you still have plenty of free disk space, temp files are cleaned up, etc.
