No. If you set vp_iProductID to 0, then the condition "(?vp_iProductID = 0 OR CustomerProduct.iProductID = ?vp_iProductID)" returns true for all records regardless of the value of CustomerProduct.iProductID (an "OR" condition will return true if either or both are true).
