Is this happening on every workstation or just on one? If just on one then reinstall the VFP libraries on that workstation. If on all, try recompiling the EXE.

Also, can you tell how far it gets into the app? You may have a bad file that's jamming the works. Theoretically, of course, you'd get an error messge, but.....
