Ok! I found it.
In the Tag BODY of your HTML page you can place parameters to change the margins.
BODY LINK=... MARGINHEIGHT="0" MARGINWIDTH="0" TOPMARGIN="0" LEFTMARGIN="0">
This will removed the browser default margins. MarginHeight and MarginWidth are for EI and TopMargin and LeftMargin for NetEscape.
