I've seen behavior similar to this if I fail to release an object reference somewhere in code (leaving a dangling object in memory). By all appearances, the app has shut down OK but later (in development) you realize that something is hung in memory.

>Even if the problem isn't Netware specific, I'd need it to test this out because you said that you could only see the EXE still running with a Netware tool. Since TaskManager doesn't show it running, I'd have no way of knowing.
