I have a grid and a timer on a form. There are some processes is working on the background continuously. These processes deletes records from time to time and refresh the grid on the form based on the timer. If the table have more than one record, the grid will erase the record. But if the record deleted is the only one left on the grid, refresh does not work and the record is still in the grid even though it is deleted.

How could I make the last record dispear if it is deleted in the grid?
