Check your shortcut properties. Is Run Minimized selected? Also check your CONFIG.FPW. There could be some setting in there thats causing it.

>When I open Visual Foxpro 6 from the desktop or from the explorer window, it is placed on my taskbar and not maximized. the only way to maximize it then is to right click the Foxpro on the task bar and select maximize.
