Sorry for the late answer!
When i've worked with version 3, i remmember that i had the same trouble. I wanted to create a EXE file and i didn't made it (i don't know if new versions allow it).
What i did was: had a main layout, with buttons to call the functions of the application. Each button clicked jumps to the right layout.
