For some reason the "special effect" setting in my account set isn't working. When I get a message reply or private, the wave doesn't play.
It is checked to use special effect in my account setup, I unchecked it, saved and rechecked it and saved.
Anybody else having that problem? If not and it something on my machine, anyone know how to fix it?
And yes, the sound is working for everything else, just the UT stopped.
