It's applicable if the DLL is a registered control, and I would think that it would be. If not, you're hosed anyway.
Look under Start-Programs-Microsoft Visual Studio 6-Visual Studio 6 Tools for the ActiveX Control Test Container. Then follow the directions I gave in the last post.
