.....Is there a way to generate a file that displays the Memo data for all of the records, not just individually. I'm attempting to find duplicates, and this is the only field that would contain the duplicate data.
It can be done but then the question comes up.....if you put all the memo data together how do you know which record you are reading to later go back and delete?
One possible solution would be to print a report of the data, mark the dupp's and then delete the duplicate records. It's really not as horrible as it sounds. Anyway, I'm just tyring to throw out some ideas for you.
