Finally! Someone who wants to help me!! ( It would have to be a man from GA :), I'm a Savannah transplant myself) OK...here's what I have.
I have 10 fields per record. For the purpose of this, only two fields are important. Order# is the Memo field I've been referring to. There are many duplicates. The only problem is that the other important field Keywords isn't duplicated. So I need one record with the Order# and a combination of Keywords from both records with a space between. For example:
Order#12345 with Keyword:word1 and Order#12345 with Keyword:word2, I would want Just one record as Order#12345 with Keyword:word1 word2.
Am I making sense? The only reason I would put it in access would be because I KNOW access.
Can you help?
