I thought about this but it couples the button and the Lookup value to closely for my tastes. It also doesn't allow for any expansion in the future. Having the form perform the actions allows for multiple things to be done if that is called for at a later date.

The each time the object is refreshed its visibilty state is controled as well. This couple the command button with the lookup object, but that can't be helped.
