Realize you can only do what you can do. Take a short vacation. Prioritize the projects, then the tasks do with each one. Rank the tasks so you know what you can be late on or what is least critical. Isolate to the one project so that you mainly and maybe only focus on the one you are working on. Limit the amount of time you work maybe 4 hours on one then another, but don't overwork. Get a life outside of VFP and pursue it with the same priority. Give yourself the short vacation break, then better regulate your tasks and hours and the sense of dread will leave. Your suffering "burnout", a phrase developed by Shrinks.
