I am not so sure but this happens to us:
If during the development you are using WIN98/95 platform and then deploying it a WINNT client machine, the app can't see the path of some of your tables being opened in the data environment of your ORDPAKFK form (assuming it has tables being opened in it). Make sure that you have complete PATH of all your tables or files being used by your application.
