Where did you get info about the above file? What is it all about? What specific needs you have to address with it?

As far as VFP5 is concerned, the following dll files are the most likely you need:

vfp500.dll windows\system
vfp5enu.dll windows\system
vfp5.dll program files\devstudio\vfp
vfp5_bb.dll program files\devstudio\vfp\setup
