Do you really want to know? You can force Windows to shut down abruptly using SendMessage() if you really try, similar to using ExitWindowsEx() with the EWX_FORCE and EWX_REBOOT under Win9x (or WinNT and Win2K if you have the necessary token privileges set for the process). But you have to try to hurt yourself to accomplish this...
