I created a toolbar that has several command buttons on it. When the command button is clicked it displays the appropriate form.

Every so often I notice that the command buttons are disabled and I do not know why. What triggers the toolbar to disable the buttons? I have no code any where that does this so it must be the result of some built in behaviour that I am not aware of.
