Try this ...

USE D:\Schedule\Schd.dbf
COPY TO D:\Newschd\Schd.dbf WITH PRODUCTION

If the destination file already exists, VFP will prompt you to confirm an overwrite. You need the WITH PRODUCTION arguments if your table has indexes that you also want copied.
