FYI: I had WinFax Pro 9.0 installed on my PC...
Our company got it along with NetSatisfaction... (no SDK / PDK)
We upgraded to WinFax 10.0 to get the SDK / PDK tools
(but only on another PC on the network...)
The 10.0 SDK / PDK tools were placed on a network drive...
I was playing with the VB sample app (on my PC) that came with them...
Problem: The PhoneBook and User display names were ugly (???w???)
Solution: Upgrade my PC (where I develop) to WinFax Pro 10.0.
Result: The PhoneBook and User display names were pretty again.
They match what WinFax Pro says they are!

Our purpose was to only update the phonebook in an automatic process...
We do not think we need to upgrade all the users in the network but
we may have to.... we'll see..
