Sorry Mark I don't buy that. Unless you're saying the decision will prohibit M$ from incorporating any browser technology in their OS at all. Still, even so there has to be other ways.
Even if you are right, there will be some consequence to Gate's strong arming when he realized he missed the boat on the internet early on as other's saw it. This he readily admits. They won't let him walk scott free either way. Win or lose this case.
