FWIW: I just downloaded the whole thing, too -- did the multi file extract (using a -- gasp -- DOS batch file to do all 13 files), installed the MDAC thing, then ran the SETUPSP4 install, and it worked fine. Be sure you extract ALL 13 exe's (into the same directory) before you go further....
