Yes, it came with Cheyne Bitware i.e. a Fax, communication, voice system, phone software.

With its voice mail feature, I was able to use Mic to record my messages and hear on headphones

Through its phone application, I tried & was able to get sound of the other party but whatever I am talking through Mic is not going over there.

I checked the mic and it is working properly (in sound recorder).
