xCase will give you a very nice database model like report, Stonefield's Database Toolkit will give you data stru info in a report style format. Worth noting... both of these products give you and do a whole lot more than just generate documentation.

If paper copy is really all you need, and you dont need it too often... I occaisionally will layout a screen full of stuff in VFP's Database Designer that shows me my fields and keys and whatnot all arranged nice, hit Print Screen and paste as new new image into PhotoEditor. Not too fancy but hey it works well enough for an addendum on a Functional Spec...
