So what i want to do it ask them what row and column the lables should start on. That way they can enter " 1st row, 2nd column" and the indivitual lable would be printed in that space. This way they could use the previous label sheet and wouldnt have to use a whole new sheet of labels.

I thought that was what you were working towards. I never found a "good" way to do it. If you end up finding one, drop me a line please.

My current thought is to put as many blank records as labels I want to skip into a cursor, then put the ONE record I really want to print in my cursor. Then print the labels from the cursor.

Ugly, but it would probably work.
