>Yes it's a table. No the other person is running the EXE from the APP I greated. I made sure all was being shared accross the board. Nothing is running Exclusive to my knowledge. I made sure and did USE RETURNS AGAIN IN 0 SHARED when opening tables.

I'm really grabbing at straws here. Is it possible that you've got both users trying to use the same resource file at the time you run the report?
