Gino, VFP5 does not look automatically for a VFPSTART.PRG. If you want it to run, put it into the CONFIG.FPW as Craig suggested. If you do, then be sure you put the VFP path as well:

COMMAND=c:\vfp\vfpstart

This is difference between VFP3 and VFP5 which causes a lot of problems when migrating up to VFP5, since most of us had our VFPSTART programs nicely customized.
