On the main project form, I call another formset. This formset is a look up form. I pass it a text box as a parameter. When I've completed my lookup, I use the parameter to send back the result. The problem is that I get the error message :
>"Object PROJECTFORM is not found"

The truth is, it's hard to control formsets. Anyways, make PROJECTFORM public variable and should be identical with the forms external name.
