Looks like you want to store the "Display Stat" and "Display Memo" information to text strings (or files) and then send them to Tech Support. No need to use any fancy formatting for this, so you won't need Word or Excel. Do all your users use Outlook (Not Outlook Express) or do some have other mail links? Since you're just sending text, look up Nigel Coates' Mail program. There are two programs in the UT Files section, under Classes - VCX, numbers 1034 and 1180. It's gotten good reviews by UT people who have tried it.
