Ya, but it doesn't.
The problem seems to be when I open a modul form on top of the other form and then move to the next record. When focus goes back to the main form.

I can duplicate the problem by creating a form with 1 combobox on it.
And 1 button when I press the button a modul form opens with a button causing me
toi move to the next record then close the modul form. and focus comes back to the first form. The value in the combobox is gone. But instead there is an empty
value.
