Microsoft Visual Installer 6
I have been using the Visual Installer released by Microsoft recently and I have come across an issue that I have not yet been able to solve.
What happens is the following:
(*) in the installationset I create a shortcut. I can indicate the icon that I want to use and the path where the application is
during installation the shortcut is created
(*) after starting the application I get into trouble because my application wants the application path as its default and the shortcut hold the profile\user path as the default
Taking a closer look into the problem I have determined that the shortcut itself is giving the problem. Allthough the properties appear to be in order one thing isn't. The 'start in' directory is never filled. I've looked into the manual but I can't find anything to solve this.
Is there anybody out here using Microsoft Visual Installer that can tell me how I can fill the 'start in' property of the shortcut.
Regards,
Ron
